Hut! Hut! Healthy Super Bowl Eats


Super Bowl parties are always a good time! I personally love the socializing more than I love the game, but I can fake it pretty convincingly during our yearly party. I also love the food, but I hate leaving feeling over-stuffed, bloated, tired and yuck the next day.

The good news is that you can still have your fun, and eat it too!

Over the years, I've figured out how to "healthify" many of the traditional Super Bowl Recipes, so that every one at the party can indulge and still feel like a champ after the big game.
