Hi! I'm Cody.
I'm so glad you're here. I believe that living a healthy, fit and happy lifestyle should be simple and empowering. My personal health journey has had it's extreme lows and exhilarating highs and every part has had it's purpose in shaping my identity as a coach.
What gets me up in the morning is a passion to support my soul sisters (that's you!) in creating healthy habits that free us, and a happy life balance, so that we can fully love and impact the world around us with all that we've been created to be and do!
I received my training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Here, is where I studied over one hundred dietary theories, and studied a variety of practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willet, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
I certified in Personal Fitness Training with ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Through both programs I received an innovative and comprehensive education over topics such as client evaluation and exercise program design, detailed anatomy and physiology and proper nutrition for fitness, performance and general health.
I am also a Certified Nutritious Life Coach and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Using these skills and knowledge, plus my own personal experience, I work with each of my clients to design a lifestyle with habits that are lasting and empowering,
I am passionate about approaching health and fitness through a holistic perspective. You cannot only focus on reaching a specific number on the scale and expect that the number will magically create a blissful life. This means that I believe each area of your life affects your personal health and fitness goals. To create a lasting healthy and happy lifestyle, you need to go deeper.

As we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of which food and lifestyle choices are best for you. We will be implementing habits that will empower you and design a lasting happy + healthy lifestyle.
We start with learning that by sweating daily + creating a life of movement, and getting not just healthy food in your body, but soul-level nourishment in your life, will empower you to transform into becoming a confident, courageous woman that is living in your purpose-filled sweet spot.
